Description

Woven with 100% cotton, these sheets feature a super soft sateen weave that gets even softer with every wash. The sateen construction creates a sumptuous, lustrous sheen.

As a special touch, we added a dainty, color-on-color baratta stitch on our flat sheets and pillowcases to show you a little extra love.

Our pillowcases also feature a side-envelope closure that stays hidden from view, so the opening to your pillow will always be our little secret.

Our bedding is Certified STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® #18.HUS.35124 by Hohenstein – which means our source materials are tested for harmful chemicals and substances. We adhere to the highest standards to protect you and the environment.

    worth extra money. I always purchased relatively inexpensive sheets in the past. My girlfriend bout some Riley sheets and I was sold. I bought some for my queen sized bed and will get a set for my king sized one. Not the cheapest but well worth the extra money in my opinion.

    Color stays true. I have a deep mattress on a platform bed. I washed the sheets and dried them and they turned out beautifully, and still slipped on the mattress easily. The colors stayed true and the sheets are very soft.

    Expect to order more. The fabric is substantial without being heavy and they are well made – ample dimensions, even stitching, hemming that doesn't pucker after washing. The white is a bright white that I find appealing. The hand of these sheets is smooth but not silky smooth, more the feel you get with nice linen sheets. Very happy with this purchase and at this price point expect to order more in the future.

    Really nice blue. I was worried that the extra room in the deep pockets would be a problem on my dad's hospital mattress, but the nice elastic all the way around keeps the sheet on the bed really well and fits as tightly as you need it to. They also did great in the washer and dryer. We liked them so well that we have ordered two sets so far. The blue color is really a nice sky blue!

    Arrived just in time. I am so pleased with my purchase experience from Riley Home. I always resist ordering online as we have had too many disappointing experiences. However, my husband and I have become full time caregivers for his parents, his mom recently becoming an in-home patient. A bed was due to arrive in 2 days and I knew there was no way I would have the time or even be able to FIND twin XL sheets in stores, specifically cotton. I took my chances though and ordered. The sheets arrived just in time to get them washed and dried before the bed was delivered!

    Cali King Fit. I ordered for a California King mattress and the fit is good. The depth of my mattress is 15" and it just fit. (But if your mattress is any deeper than that you may have a problem.)

    Nice sheets. I like these. Not too crisp and not too soft. They do get a bit wrinkly in the dryer, especially the top sheet, but since these are just for my bed and nobody else sees them, and they're covered by blankets, it's not a big deal.

    Wrinkly a bit. Really the only bad quality about them is that they are very wrinkle prone. Even fresh out of the dryer these things are pretty wrinkly. Doesn't effect the use of the sheets whatsoever, its just more for aesthetics.

    Very comfy feeling. We got a new bed that required 2 Twin XL sheets. We tried Microfiber and hated it. This sheets we used on other beds were Sateen and we loved them. Sadly, they didn't make them in Twin XL. We ordered these and love them. The fitted sheet has stayed put, even with raising and lowering of the head and foot of the bed. Stays put with all my tossing and turning. Very comfortable feeling.

    Sturdy Fabric for Sandpaper Feet. The fabric is sturdy, but doesn't feel like it was made from burlap like many sturdy sheets. Instead, it's as soft as a baby's bottom (but cleaner, I assure you) and appears to be able to endure my wife's sandpaper feet. This is a feat, I assure you.

    Totally recommend. I had tried other types of sheets that were the “microfiber” ones and while they were super soft, I felt like my pajamas stuck to them when I was in bed. These sheets do not feel like those microfiber sheets at all which is what I was looking for (a smooth, cotton feel)….and a king set for this price was a good deal to me.     Fine Quality. Very fine construction, silky but not slippery sateen with a great feel. And what an amazing idea: mark with inconspicuous tags the head, sides and foot of the fitted sheet so you know how it is oriented. Pure Genius. Also plenty of fabric to tuck in. The flat sheet is slightly larger than any other flat sheet that I have owned. All seams are smooth and tight, really nicely made. Only four stars?? I will probably add the fifth star when I get a better sense of the durability. Very pleased and delighted to find these fine Portuguese sheets.

    So luxe. I usually buy sheets at discount stores that sell name brands but never again. Those are like tissue paper compared to these. These are thick, but soft, and are beautifully constructed with straight, well-sewn seams. They fell far more luxe than the price suggests.

    Good for hot sleepers. These sheets are so soft and also I did not sweat with them like I have with others (hot sleeper). They were very comfortable. They were a little big for our king size bed in that the mattress is not as deep as perhaps what these sheets were made for, but I just tucked them under and they were fine!

    Dense fabric. The fabric felt great after the first washing and seems to be getting better each time. The density of the weave is very good, with no colors showing through from underneath. Would definitely by this set again.

    Wash several times. I received these sheets yesterday and tried them out last night. When you receive these sheets remember they are all cotton and need to be washed first. When you first get them wash them with a cup of white vinegar. this removes the protective coating that is put on cotton thread. I suggest at least two washings then tumble dry.

    Not permanent press. One note I will make, is they're not permanent press. I should have taken them straight from the dryer and folded them as they were quite wrinkled by the time I got around to making the bed. No fault of the sheets, but if you like crisp smooth sheets, it's something to keep in mind.

    Wanted a heavyweight sheet. Personally, I really like thick bed sheets. This bedsheet feels very strong and durable but it's not super soft on your skin. I wanted a heavyweight thick bed sheet and this is not it. It's more on the lightweight side so it will do for now.

The bed we have doesn't have deep pockets and these sheets fit perfectly. I don't think the fitted sheet will come off either since it has elastic all the way around.

    Decent Sheets but. This is my first purchase from this company. What I was looking for were sheets made in Portugal, good quality cotton, proper sizing (some luxury brands are way too oversized for my beds) and reasonable pricing. Riley seems to offer just that. I bought a twin set of sateen sheets on sale as an introduction to their sheeting. My first imressions were good — the packaging, the looks and the feel etc. Laundered before first use. I did have to press the trim a little bit, but I always do with my sheets. Taking away two stars for not being totally soft and smooth, which I was expecting or hoping for. I could feel the fabric a bit scratchy , especially with my face on the pillow. Delivery of the sheets was very fast.

Silky smooth, but stay cool. Will slowly buy more. I also have a 14" mattress and appreciate that these sheets fit well, and the print on my mattress doesn't show through like *other* sheets.
